TreeLab is a nonprofit greenhouse growing trees and plants to beautify and improve the City of Richmond.

We work with the City government, citizen groups, nonprofits, and businesses to improve our urban environment through locally sourced trees and plants.

What We Do:

Growing Plants: We operate a City-owned greenhouse, specializing in growing native trees available for purchase by businesses and nonprofits. Other woody plants (shrubs, small trees) and perennials are available upon request and for special projects.

Giving Plants: Our nonprofit model allows us to provide donated and reduced cost plants to citizen or nonprofit-led projects in the City of Richmond.

Consulting and Educating:  The TreeLab Manager can provide expert advice to citizen-led and nonprofit projects, as well as provide small-group educational opportunities.

Bellevue Plant-A-Tree Fundraiser!

Donate to raise money to have a tree planted near your school! We want to raise $400 for a tree. Any additional donations will benefit your school and TreeLab. TreeLab will provide the tree and tree planting services.
