Enrichmond and Virginia Outdoors Foundation Awarded 2020 Governor’s Environmental Excellence Award

We are proud to announce the 2020 Governor’s Environmental Excellence Award in Land Conservation-Silver was awarded today to Enrichmond and Virginia Outdoors Foundation. This award recognizes our partnership in a community-based approach to preserving cultural and natural assets of one of the nation’s largest and most significant African-American cemeteries and sacred places- Historic Evergreen and East End Cemeteries.

We are honored to share this recognition with some of the most innovative projects in the Commonwealth, including the Hopewell RiverwalkLand Trust of VirginiaVirginia Clean Cities, and Fairfax County Public Schools.
